CloudWalk Hosts Event to Discuss LLMs, AI Applications, and Productivity

In September 2024, CloudWalk, owner of InfinitePay, held the first edition of the "Sorry, Dave" event to discuss AI applications, LLMs, and productivity. The event took place at the company’s headquarters in São Paulo, featuring talks from fintech executives and guests. Topics included graph-based agents and distributed AI workflows, highlighting CloudWalk's commitment to innovation and knowledge sharing in artificial intelligence.

CloudWalk Hosts Event to Discuss LLMs, AI Applications, and Productivity

São Paulo, September 2024 – With the goal of discussing Artificial Intelligence applications, LLMs, and productivity, CloudWalk, owner of InfinitePay's financial services platform, held the first edition of the Sorry, Dave event this Saturday (9/28). 

The gathering took place at CloudWalk's headquarters in São Paulo and featured executives from fintech and external guests as speakers. 

Thiago Scalone, CloudWalk's CTO, opened the event. In his speech, he emphasized how the company has sought to position itself as a hub for innovation and content about artificial intelligence. "This is another CloudWalk movement in support of the community, an initiative that aims to share knowledge and show what we're doing in AI. Our goal is to create increasingly relevant events, impacting more and more people," he stated. 

The event's program featured three lectures. Akira Miasato, Data Scientist at CloudWalk, spoke about "UI for Graph-based Agents," Hugo Baraúna, Dev Advocate for the opensource Livebook project, discussed "Distributed AI Workflows with Elixir," and George Guimarães, Engineering Leader at CloudWalk, closed the meeting with the lecture "Creating Multi Agents in Elixir." 

During his presentation, Miasato showed how CloudWalk has been using AI to increase the reliability of information provided by their chatbots. "Our goal was to use technology to improve customer experience, empowering our human analysts with tools to refine workflows and implement changes," he said.
