InfinitePay Enables Businesses to Offer Apple Pay at Online Checkout

Apple Pay provides a safer, more secure and private way to pay with Apple devices in person, in apps and online across Safari, Chrome, Firefox and other browsers

InfinitePay Enables Businesses to Offer Apple Pay

São Paulo, April 10 2025InfinitePay, CloudWalk's financial services platform, has taken a significant step to make the payment experience even more seamless and secure by enabling businesses to offer Apple Pay to their customers. Apple Pay is an easy, secure and private way to pay in-store, in-app and online.

Customers can use Apple Pay on iPhone, iPad and Mac to make faster and more convenient purchases in apps or on the web without having to create accounts or repeatedly type in contact information, card details, shipping and billing information.

When making a purchase online, customers can also now check out on Windows devices and other devices in third-party browsers. To do so, customers can head to their third-party browser, select Apple Pay at checkout, scan the code with their iPhone and complete the payment.

Security and privacy are at the core of Apple Pay. When customers use a credit card with Apple Pay, the actual card numbers are not stored on the device, nor on Apple servers. Instead, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted, and securely stored in the Secure Element, an industry-standard, certified chip designed to store the payment information safely on the device.

Apple Pay is easy to set up for customers. On iPhone, customers simply open the Wallet app, tap +, and follow the steps to add a credit card. Once a customer adds a card to iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac, they can start using Apple Pay on that device right away. They will continue to receive all of the rewards and benefits offered by their card.

“At CloudWalk, we are always focused on removing friction from the sales process. The integration with Apple Pay brings not only agility and convenience, but also reinforces our commitment to delivering the most secure payment experience to our customers,” says Pablo Mello, Chief Operating Officer at CloudWalk.
