CloudWalk Highlighted in FT Partners Report for Pioneering AI Agent Adoption
Fintech behind InfinitePay and Jim.com recognized as a global leader in leveraging AI agents for efficiency

São Paulo, March 2025 – CloudWalk, the global fintech powering InfinitePay and Jim.com, has been spotlighted in FT Partners’ latest report, “FinTech Sets its Sights on 2025”, which explores key trends shaping the financial sector. The report names CloudWalk among the world’s most advanced companies in adopting AI agents to boost efficiency.
Published annually, the FT Partners report analyzes fintech trends and showcases companies redefining finance. CloudWalk earned a mention in the “AI Agents” section, which examines how artificial intelligence is transforming the industry. The report highlights Claudio, CloudWalk’s AI agent supporting InfinitePay’s 3 million+ customers, noting that it handles 90% of service inquiries independently while achieving customer satisfaction scores surpassing human support.
“FinTech use cases for generative AI are surging, fueled by AI agents that autonomously manage complex workflows with minimal human oversight, spanning banking, insurance, and beyond,” the report states.
This recognition underscores CloudWalk’s leadership as an AI-driven fintech committed to innovative technologies that enhance user experience and operational efficiency, solidifying its status as one of the world’s fastest-growing fintechs.

AI-Powered Revenue and Efficiency Gains
The FT Partners nod comes on the heels of CloudWalk’s recent financial results, which rank it among the most efficient global fintechs by revenue per employee. With annualized revenue of US$562 million and a lean team of just over 590 employees, CloudWalk is nearing a rare milestone—US$1 million in revenue per employee—achieved by only a select few companies worldwide, all without workforce cuts.
“While tripling our customer base and net income, our team grew by just 20%. This was made possible by empowering employees to co-create with our proto-AGI agents,” said Luis Silva, CEO of CloudWalk.
In 2024 alone, CloudWalk’s team developed over 40 in-house AI agents across engineering, marketing, operations, and customer support. “True innovation isn’t about replacing people—it’s about enabling them to collaborate with AI agents, learning and leveraging the best of both,” Silva added.
